Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial return credit is granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. We do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit.
Sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
